- Returns and Complaints

  1. Returns for Glass and Gallery Products:

  2. Smokerz Land offers returns or exchanges for glass and gallery products in the following situations:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

Please note that all glass and gallery products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition within 14 days of receiving the item. If the product is returned in used or damaged condition, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

- Returns for Liquor Products:

  1. All sales of liquor products are final. Smokerz Land only offers returns or exchanges for liquor products in the following situations:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

Please note that all liquor products must be returned in their original packaging and unopened condition within 14 days of receiving the item. If the product is returned opened or used, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

Also note that Smokerzland is not responsible for items that has not been delivered due to under age not present or dential on an items without a reason.

- Complaints:

  1. If you have any complaints or concerns about your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.

  2. Legal Requirements:

  3. By purchasing liquor products from Smokerz Land, you represent that you are of legal drinking age in the state of California (21 years of age or older). Smokerz Land cannot accept returns or exchanges for liquor products if you are not of legal drinking age.

Smokerz Land complies with all applicable laws regarding the sale of alcohol, including California Business and Professions Code Section 25600, which prohibits the return of alcohol products after they have been delivered to the customer, unless the product is spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unfit for consumption.

- Non-Refundable Shipping:

  1. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
